1. Introduction

This Letter of Intent ("LOI") sets forth the understanding between [Full Name of Participant] ("Participant") and SatoshiPump.fun ("SatoshiPump") regarding the Participant's commitment to launching at least one coin on the SatoshiPump platform. This LOI is non-binding but indicates the Participant's interest in creating and managing a coin (currently created using the Rune Protocol) on the SatoshiPump platform, as outlined on the SatoshiPump.fun website and/or white paper.

2. Purpose of the LOI

SatoshiPump intends to empower participants to create and manage coins using the Rune Protocol on Bitcoin. By signing this LOI, the Participant agrees to:

• Launch at least one coin on the SatoshiPump.fun platform.
• Utilize the tools and services provided by SatoshiPump for the creation, bonding, and trading of coins.
• Participate in the platform ecosystem, including access to trading and liquidity mechanisms.
• Receive updates and notifications regarding platform features, events, and opportunities.

3. Platform Commitment

The Participant acknowledges the following terms:

• SatoshiPump.fun provides a bonding curve mechanism for tokenized assets on Bitcoin using the Rune Protocol.
• The Participant will be charged standard platform fees, including a small coin creation fee, a 1% trading fee, and listing fees for bonded coins on integrated exchanges like DOTSWAP.
• Details of coin creation and trading will be communicated through the SatoshiPump.fun platform and official channels.

4. Reservation of Rights

SatoshiPump.fun reserves the right to modify the details of the platform offering. In the event of any changes, the Participant will be notified in advance. SatoshiPump.fun does not guarantee specific financial outcomes, and this LOI does not represent a security or ownership interest in the platform.

5. Subscription to SatoshiPump Updates

To stay informed about updates, features, and platform developments, the Participant agrees to subscribe to SatoshiPump’s Substack newsletter. By subscribing to SatoshiPump News, the Participant acknowledges and accepts the terms of this LOI.

6. Non-Binding Intent

This LOI represents a non-binding agreement. Neither SatoshiPump.fun nor the Participant is legally bound to fulfill the actions outlined in this document until an official agreement is executed.
