You agree that you will not create or associate any indecent, offensive, illegal, or otherwise inappropriate content with your meme coins or any other assets on the platform. SatoshiPump.fun reserves the right to remove or block access to content that violates this rule, at its sole discretion.

4. Disclaimer of Liability

SatoshiPump.fun is a facilitator platform and does not assume responsibility for the following:

• The profitability or success of any coin created or traded on our platform.
• Market conditions or fluctuations in the value of Rune coins or BTC.
• Any loss of funds resulting from user error, negligence, or malicious activity by third parties.

8. Special Ordinals

Users may purchase Bitcoin NFTs (Ordinals) from Magic Eden. These are optional and not required for participation in coin creation or trading on SatoshiPump.fun. SatoshiPump.fun is not responsible for any issues or disputes related to these purchases.

9. Amendments to Terms

SatoshiPump.fun reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
